Refund Policy for Dog Training Classes

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as much as possible. Our refund policy for dog training classes:

Refunds Before Class Begins:

If you withdraw from a class, you will receive a full refund provided the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the first class session. Otherwise, a 10% administrative fee will be charged.

Refunds After Class Begins:

If you withdraw after the first class has started, refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes taught. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the prorated refund amount.

Refunds After 50% of the Class:

No refunds will be issued once 50% of the class sessions have been completed, regardless of attendance.

Exceptions to the Policy:

Exceptions to this policy for emergencies or other extenuating circumstances are at the discretion of the trainer.

Refund Amounts Based on a $180 Registration Fee:

• Full refund (cancellation more than 72 hours before the first class): $180.

• Cancellation within 72 hours before the first class: $162 (after deducting $18 administrative fee).

• After the first of 6 classes: $132 (prorated refund of $150 minus $18 administrative fee).

• After the second of 6 classes: $102 (prorated refund of $120 minus $18 administrative fee).

• After the third of 6 classes or more: No refund.
